Some treatments you will feel straight away, others build over a few visits. Either way we will be honest about what to expect and send you home with the right advice so the results last.

Consultation
We start by looking at your hair and how you style it, so we can recommend the treatment that will genuinely help rather than guess.
Treatment
Most treatments slot into a normal appointment alongside a cut or blow-dry, though some, like a Brazilian Blowdry, need a little longer.
Aftercare
We tell you exactly how to look after your hair afterwards, including any washing to hold off on, so the results last as long as possible.

How long does a Brazilian Blowdry last?
Usually around three to four months, depending on your hair and how you look after it. We will talk you through keeping it going for as long as possible.
Will a Brazilian Blowdry make my hair straight?
It is a smoothing treatment rather than a permanent straightener. It softens frizz and adds shine while keeping movement, so your hair is easier to manage, not poker straight.
Do I need to avoid washing my hair afterwards?
For some treatments, yes. After a Brazilian Blowdry we ask you to hold off washing for a couple of days so it sets properly. We give you clear advice on the day.
Is Olaplex worth it?
If your hair is coloured, weak or over-worked it makes a real difference, rebuilding strength from within. We will be honest about whether it is right for you.
Can I have a treatment with my colour?
Yes. Many treatments work beautifully alongside colour, and some, like Olaplex, are designed to. Just mention it when you book so we allow the time.
